Johnny Case MEXICO CITY – It wasn’t pretty or crowd pleasing, but Johnny Case fought through a nasty eye poke that affected his vision for all three rounds to take a unanimous decision victory over Francisco Trevino at UFC 188. The lightweight bout was part of the preliminary card of today’s UFC 188 event at Mexico City Arena in Mexico City. It aired on FX following additional prelims on UFC Fight Pass and ahead of a main card on pay-per-view.
