As with other recent events, UFC 203 fighters took advantage of early weigh-ins while at the Wyndham Cleveland at PlayhouseSquare. They hit the scales this morning to notch their weights and earn some additional recovery/rehydration time before the ceremonial weigh-ins later today. Only lightweight Michael McBride (8-1 MMA, 0-0 UFC) had issues at the scale, registering 158 pounds and surrendering 20 percent of his purse to opponent Nik Lentz (26-7-2 MMA, 10-4-1 UFC). Headliner Alistair Overeem (41-14 MMA, 6-3 UFC) has some complications, as well, showing up just a few minutes past the schedule time.
