Chris Kelades SASKATOON – After a close fight that featured everything from grinding clinch work to all-out brawling, Chris Kelades did just enough to earn the win over Chris Beal . After spending much of the fight trying and failing to secure takedowns, Kelades (9-2 MMA, 2-1 UFC) eventually found himself in a wild slugfest with Beal (10-2 MMA, 2-1 UFC) down the stretch, and in the end he was rewarded with a split-decision victory (27-30, 29-28, 29-28).
