Johny Hendricks remained thoroughly unimpressed. Hendricks (17-3 MMA, 12-3 UFC) and Thompson (11-1 MMA, 6-1 UFC) meet in the main event of Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 82 event, which takes place at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The majority of the card, including the headliner, airs on FOX Sports 1 after early prelims on UFC Fight Pass. Thompson believes he’s prepared to pull off the upset and launch himself into the upper echelon of the division.
