Invicta Fighting Championships on Thursday announced that Vanessa Porto has been removed from her planned Invicta FC 10 bout with Roxanne Modafferi slated for Dec. 5 in Houston. Porto is experiencing some unforeseen delays in the processing of her visa, so instead of waiting to see if the matter was cleared up at the last minute, Invicta FC officials made the decision to pull her from the bout. Modafferi (16-11), however, will remain on the card, as she will now face 2013 Women’s National Golden Gloves champion Andrea Lee .
