We’re all about people learning and applying the intricacies of ground and pound, but doing it during a rugby match is a bit too much. During Saturday’s Super League Grand Final between St Helens RLFC and Wigan Warriors, Ben Fowler (pictured in top position above) landed a right cross on Lance Hohaia and followed that up with another punch to a downed Hohaia.
