Bellator 129, which takes place Friday, has a new co-headliner, officials today announced. An injury has forced James Thompson (20-14 MMA, 1-0 BMMA) out of a fight with former UFC fighter Houston Alexander (16-10 MMA, 1-1 BMMA), and Strikeforce vet Virgil Zwicker (12-4 MMA, 1-1 BMMA) has stepped in as a replacement. The bout is slated as a 215-pound catchweight affair. Bellator 129 takes place at Mid-American Center in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
