Against Randy Couture , “Minotauro” turned in a “Fight of the Year” performance, and did so in front of Couture’s home Oregon fans at UFC 102. It’s been up and down for “Big Nog” since then, alternating wins and losses. But each time he’s had a loss in his career, he’s rebounded with a win (save for one draw). Next month, Nogueira needs to rebound from a submission loss to Fabricio Werdum.
