STOCKHOLM – Today’s UFC Fight Night 53 event drew an announced attendance of 10,026 and a live gate of $1.1 million. UFC Director of Brand, Communications and Event Management David Allen announced the figures at the night’s post-event news conference, which MMAjunkie attended. UFC Fight Night 53 took place at Ericsson Globe in Stockholm and featured a UFC Fight Pass-streamed headliner between welterweights Gunnar Nelson and Rick Story. While the number of “comp” (or free) tickets was not revealed, the figures represent an average of $109.71 per ticket issued.
